She can, she will, SHE TRIS!

Ladies, if you’re looking for an amazing, yet doable challenge, you should absolutely consider signing up for a She Tris triathlon.

The She Tris series consists of 5 amazing events in South Carolina and North Carolina, and the first one takes place on May 16th in Mount Pleasant, SC. The distances are as follows: 200 yard swim, then a 8 mile bike, then a 2 mile run.

As a previous sponsor of this amazing event series, we cannot recommend it enough!

She Tris is more than a triathlon series. It’s an invitation. An invitation for women of every age, background, fitness level, and life story to discover what they are capable of.

For many participants, the start line is not about chasing podiums or personal records. It’s about courage. It’s about signing up despite self-doubt, despite busy schedules, despite years of believing that endurance sports were “for other people.” What makes She Tris so transformative is that it removes the intimidation factor that so often surrounds triathlon and replaces it with encouragement, community, and belonging.

At a She Tris event, you’ll see first-time athletes alongside experienced competitors. You’ll see mothers racing with daughters, friends training together, cancer survivors, former collegiate athletes, and women who only recently learned how to swim laps. Every participant arrives with a different story, but they are united by a shared willingness to try something hard.

The atmosphere is intentionally welcoming. Instead of feeling judged, athletes feel supported. Volunteers cheer enthusiastically. Fellow racers offer advice and encouragement. The finish line becomes less about competition and more about celebration — proof that ordinary people can accomplish extraordinary things when given the opportunity and support to believe in themselves.

The transformation often extends far beyond race day. Training for a triathlon teaches discipline, resilience, and confidence. Women who once doubted their abilities begin to see themselves differently. Completing a race can spark healthier habits, new friendships, and a mindset shift that carries into careers, parenting, relationships, and everyday life.

Perhaps the most powerful part of She Tris is its accessibility. You do not need to look like a professional athlete to belong. You do not need expensive equipment or years of experience. The series was built to show that triathlon truly can be for everyone — every pace, every body type, every season of life.

In a sport that can sometimes feel exclusive, She Tris has created something rare: a space where participation matters more than perfection. And for countless women, crossing that finish line becomes the moment they realize they are stronger than they ever imagined.

So take the plunge, find a friend to join you, and grab a Swivel Bottle. It’s time to train for your first triathlon! This is the year.

You can do this!
