Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. Should there be a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 1-3 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if applicable): 1-2 business days
Delivery estimates begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
Swivel Bottle is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays and Lost Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address Policy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Reshipping fees may apply.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you promptly.
