What type of customer is the custom Swivel Bottle perfect for?
We spend a lot of time with our handheld sports bottles, so let's truly make it yours!

Custom bottle orders are available in any quantity, and the more you save. Plus every order of 11 or more bottles comes with your own logo placed on the bottle and box, which is perfect for businesses/retailers, teams/schools, special events, and of course races and sponsors.

How many Custom Swivel Bottle colors are available to choose from?
You can select from [15 popular colors]

What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity. Even better, our price breaks kick in with an MOQ of only 2 bottles.

What is the typical turnaround time from ordering to delivery?
Depending on inventory, most orders will typically ship within 20 days. Orders of 50 or more units will require approximately 40 days to process and ship.

What are the 3 steps to placing an order?

1. Start by using the dropdown menu to select your order quantity range then customize your bottle. Orders of 11-50 units include the option of adding a custom logo (or design) to the bottle. This logo will also appear on each individual customizer box. Be sure to also email your logo file to customize@swivelbottle.com.

2. Next click Add to Cart, confirm your order quantity to lock eligible price breaks, and checkout.

3. Orders of 11-50 units will receive a detailed art file to review within 2 business days. If you are not 100% happy with the art file, you can request a full refund.

Can you order more than 50 bottles?
Absolutely! You can order as many bottles are you wish. Just send us an email at customize@swivelbottle.com so we can get started on your order.

What are the design options for a custom Swivel Bottle?
Your custom Swivel Bottle consists of any combination of [15 popular colors] plus for orders of 11 or more units your own logo or favorite design in white. The industrial strength logo decal will be located front and center in the form of a white industrial strength decal and placed in the center of the black bottle holder. For orders of 500+ units your logo will pad printed on the side of the bottle.

Does the pricing include shipping?
Yes, shipping is FREE!

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, for orders of 500 or more bottles we offer free international shipping.

What are the logo requirements for the custom bottle?
Adding a logo or design to the custom bottle is optional. The space allocated for the logo or design is on the front side of the bottle holder and is 1” tall x 2” wide. If you wish to add a logo or design, you will need to provide a solid white logo version with a transparent background. A PNG file or Adobe Illustrator file works best.

Can I get a sample?
Yes. For a fee of $20 we will ship 2 colored flasks of your choice.

Will my bottles be individually boxed?
Yes, all custom Swivel Bottles come individually boxed in our beautiful customizer boxes. For orders of 11 or more units, the boxes come branded with your own logo as well. 

Are orders refundable?
Because we are unable to resell custom bottles, we are not able to accept returns or offer refunds.

Does Swivel Bottle's Lifetime Warranty apply to Custom Bottles?
Yes, however, your replacement bottle will not include a custom logo.
